Change your email address
Your account email is where sign-in codes and every security alert arrive, so moving it takes a code from both addresses: one sent to and one sent to the new address. Continue with Google keeps working either way, and will stop rewriting your address once you have set it here.
If you can no longer read , this form cannot help — email hello@trycounting.com instead. Your notification email in the extension is a separate address and is not affected.

Delete your account
Deleting removes your account and everything attached to it — your name, your email address, your sign-in methods, and every synced record we hold. It takes effect 31 days after you ask, and you can call it off any time before then by signing in. After that we cannot bring it back.
The extension is unaffected: what it records lives on your device, so export it to a CSV file or erase it from the extension's Settings page — that is the copy worth taking before you close the account. If you only want a different address on the account, use Change your email address above; it keeps everything else.
